I’m looking for help!  My blog Minus100pounds.com is fairly new but I’m trying to move it forward.  My vision when I started this blog was to create a place where people who were serious about losing weight could come and get motivation, inspiration and helpful information  to achieve long term success on there weight loss journey.  My personal goal is to lose 100 pounds (I’ve lost 60 so far).  I’d love to help you reach whatever goals you have.

I am trying to come up with ideas on what type of “freebie” might be useful for people who are losing weight using either Keto or a Low Carb Diet.  I’ve come up with some questions that I would like people to respond to and give me your feed back.

Questions:

  1. What do you wish you’d known about keto or low carb when you started?
  2. For a beginner with Keto or low carb what information do you think is important?
  3. What information do you think is important for people to know when just starting keto or low carb?
  4. What area do you struggle with while doing Keto or low carb?  Example:  Some people miss bread, or sweets.
