Extended Fasting Alert! June 6, 2017
Today is Day 1 of our 4 day extended day fast for June 2017.
So as many of you know last month Sarah (my fiancé) successfully completed our first extended day fast of 3 days. We were super excited to attempt this and at the end began planning for our next fast.
Why Fasting?
We look at Fasting as another tool/method to improve our health and lose weight. I don’t want people to freak out about this because to us it’s not really a big deal anymore.
