Hitting A Plateau

So it’s official, I’m calling it “I’ve Hit a Plateau!”  Another week of eating within my calorie limit but the scale not changing.  Just like my girl friends 4 year old says “I’m Frusturated!”  Well actually I’m really ok which is very mature of me, and a big change that actually excites me.  I actually feel like I’ve made eating  healthier and exercising a habit, a life style change.

I found a pretty good article from the MyFitnessPal Blog  called “10 Tips to Overcome A Weight Loss Plateau.”  I had a good week I fought through some issues with cravings, I had to have a donut for some reason this isn’t the first time for that one.  Remember this really isn’t about doing a diet, this is about living a healthy life not about depriving yourself because if you continue do that you won’t last.

I’m considering doing Weight Watchers sort of knocking around the idea, but at this point it’s just a thought.  I’ve also been feeling like I need to start incorporating weight training, so that starts this week for sure.
